Return Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for store credit on items in their original condition. Unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 14 days from date of shipment for exchange only with original tags and in the case of swim wear hygiene strips which have not been removed in part or full. We do not offer refunds at this time. Your store credit will be processed upon acceptance of the returned items. Paradise Road Public Relations has full discretion in determining if items are in their original condition when returned. Bath products and worn, washed, final sale items purchased with voucher codes cannot be exchanged. Should you wish to exchange a purchase, we recommend you reach out to a member of our team on within 2 days of receipt of your order to allow for shipping return time within the 14days exchange period.

Sizing
We work with many designers who all have different sizing. There is no cost to exchange your purchase although if you're based outside of Colombo, delivery charges and duties may be applicable.


Sale Purchases
All purchases made during our Annual Sale or any item purchased on discount, is not eligible for return or exchange. All sales on discounted items are final.
